1. Information We Collect
We may collect account details, verification details, account type, profile details, service area information, and user preferences needed to operate KinTask.
We may collect request details, messages, booking and scheduling details, uploaded content, reviews, support submissions, reports or concerns, and moderation records.
We may collect technical information such as device, browser, log, security, and usage data needed for running KinTask, safety, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
KinTask uses information to operate accounts, service profiles, requests, matching and service area logic, messaging, booking and scheduling workflows, reviews, support, reports, and admin or moderation review.
Information may also be used for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, communications, troubleshooting, analytics, and platform improvement.
3. What Is Shared Between Users
KinTask may share request details, booking details, selected profile details, uploaded content, and messages as needed for local service discussions and platform use.
Public service profile information can be viewed by people looking for help. Verification email and phone details are not shown publicly or to service accounts by default.
Support submissions, reports, concerns, and moderation records are not public, but may be reviewed by KinTask where needed for safety, support, legal compliance, or running KinTask.
4. Platform Service Providers
KinTask uses third-party service providers, which may include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare, and similar infrastructure or communication providers where used.
Service providers may process information on KinTask’s behalf to host the platform, send communications, store uploaded content, provide security, and support KinTask operations.
5. Uploaded Content
Uploaded content may include profile photos, gallery images, request attachments, or other content users choose to provide.
Uploaded content may be used to display profiles, support requests, review reports or concerns, investigate abuse, enforce policies, and maintain platform safety.
6. Support, Reports & Moderation
KinTask may collect and review support requests, fraud reports, safety reports, complaint details, related messages, uploaded content, and account activity.
These records may be used to respond to users, investigate misuse, enforce policies, protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, and document moderation decisions.
7. Payments & Fees Data
KinTask does not process platform payments between users or collect payment card details for user-to-user platform transactions.
If KinTask introduces payment features in the future, this Privacy Policy and the Payments & Fees page will be updated before those features are used, and any payment data handling will be described at that time.
8. Retention
KinTask keeps information as long as reasonably needed for running KinTask, safety, legal obligations, report handling, moderation, or legitimate business purposes.

KinTask uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards.
No system is perfectly secure.
10. Access, Correction & Deletion

Data may be processed or stored by service providers in Canada, the United States, or other locations where those providers operate.
